Learning for a Future between Tradition and Trend

The students from IES Alonso Sánchez (Huelva, Spain) who participated in March 2023 in the mobility held in Cesis (Latvia) give a talk in the school library on the occasion of the Erasmus Days to share their experience and present the results of their learning experience. The event took place on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, in the week designated by the Spanish national agency (SEPIE) to celebrate the Erasmus Days. Days before, the event had been advertised by means of informative posters hung in the different rooms of the school, and that day the video the students had made about mobility was played on loop on the school's internal TV channel.  The director (Fidel Ledesma), the former Erasmus+ coordinator responsible for the project (Rafael Sánchez) and the new Erasmus+ coordinator (Cristina Ramos) also participated in the talk.  

  Eine Schülergruppe des Erasmus-von-Rotterdam-Gymnasiums Viersen besuchte gemeinsam mit ihren Lehrern Frau Schmitz und Herrn Wolters im Rahmen des Austauschprojektes „ErasmusPlus“ die Alonso-Sánchez Schule in Huelva/Spanien. An dem Austauschprojekt, dass unter dem Motto „learning for a future between tradition and trend“ seit 2021 durchgeführt wird, nehmen neben deutschen und spanischen auch Schülerinnen und Schüler aus Italien und Lettland teil. Im November letzten Jahres trafen sich die Teams aus allen vier Staaten in Viersen. Im Frühjahr wurde das Projekt im sizilianischen Avola fortgeführt und nach dem jüngsten Besuch in Spanien folgt nun noch im kommenden Jahr das Abschlusstreffen in Cesis/Lettland. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler sind bei ihren Auslandsbesuchen in Gastfamilien untergebracht.  La semana del 7 al 11 de noviembre visitaron el IES Alonso Sánchez, de la capital, profesorado y alumnado de Alemania, Italia y Letonia en el marco de un proyecto Erasmus+ titulado “Learning for a future-between tradition and trend”, de una duración de tres años y coordinado por un centro de secundaria de Viersen (Alemania). En total han sido 6 profesores y 24 alumnos extranjeros, que se han alojado con las familias del alumnado onubense, y durante su estancia han sido recibidos por representantes de la Diputación de Huelva y de la Delegación de Educación, y han realizado diferentes talleres y excursiones que los han aproximado a las tradiciones españolas, incluyendo un tour guiado por la ciudad de Huelva, una visita al muelle de las Carabelas y otra a las Marismas del Odiel, entre otras.
